On this trip you can have a deep, global and complete vision of the two most important cities in Spain, cities that give us a great architectural legacy through centuries of history. We will have the opportunity to appreciate about 50 buildings of more than 20 architects of great prestige and international recognition.
We will also take a clear view of the growth and urban fabric of these two metropolises and the connection of this plot with historical events and events.

Arrival in Barcelona from the place of origin. We will check-in at the hotel.
In the afternoon we will make a panoramic tour of the city, travel its great roads, walk along its coasts and we will go to Tibidabo, where we will be able to appreciate some global views of the city. We will finish in a typical tavern where we will have a glass of wine and a tapa as a welcome and start of our great experience.
Our journey starts at 9 am after breakfast, where we will pick up a private transport that will take us to Parq Güell. We will have about two hours to explore it and enjoy its architecture and facilities, then we will move to Paseo de Gracia, one of the most important roads in the city. There we can walk its streets and see great works of Catalan modernism, we will also walk through part of the Eixample and part of Rambla Catalunya where we will find a wide variety of lunch offer. For this we will have 2 hours.
Then we will walk to the Sagrada Familia, visit their facilities by the hand of a specialized guide and we will have time to see the museum that is inside.
After having breakfast at the hotel, we go by public transport to Plaza España, where we will visit the C.C. Arenas and the Barcelona Pavilion of Mies Van der Rohe, we will continue towards the castle, the museum of Miró and we will go up to the Olympic Ring of Montjüic, where besides appreciating its facilities we will be able to enjoy one of the best views of the city. From here we will go down by funicular to Parallel and take the metro to the outskirts of the port, where we will have two hours for lunch.
After lunch, we will go to the dock for a walk of 1.30h approx. in Catamaran, where we can appreciate the skyline of the city, and to end the day we will cross part of the Paseo Marítimo and have free time to enjoy this part of the city.
Our tour begins at the Arc de Triumph at 9 am. After having breakfast at the hotel, we will stroll along Paseo Luis Companys where we will see how the transformation of the city begins after the 1888 exhibition, following the Born Market and continuing through the Gothic Quarter, appreciating its architecture and culture. Here we will have 2 hours for lunch.
In the afternoon, we will begin our tour in the Plaza San Jaume. From there we go to the Rambla, where we will see various spaces and buildings such as the Plaza Real, Teatro Liceu, La Boqueria, among others. From there we will go to the Raval, where we will see the Palau Güell, finishing our tour of that day at the MACBA.
After breakfast, we will travel by private transport to Glories, where we will start our tour to see contemporary Barcelona, although in previous days we will have seen some buildings that represent this architecture. Here we can see many of these buildings concentrated, as well as the urban transformation in Ciutat Vella. Among other buildings we will see the Torre Agbar, L’Auditori, the Mercat del Encant or the MediaTIC Building, finishing this section of the route in Diagonal Mar after seeing the Forum and all the buildings and public spaces that are concentrated in this sector. Here we will have a time for lunch.
In the afternoon we will move to the France station or the Barceloneta. We will walk through the Gas Natural Fenosa building and from there we will go to the Paseo Marítimo to see all different buildings such as Torre Mafre, the Hotel Arts, or the bronze Balena by Frank Gehry, among others. We will return by Av. Icaria where we will finish the tour of this day.
In the morning after breakfast and check-out we will go to the airport to flight to Madrid. Upon arrival at Barajas airport we will transfer by private transport to the hotel to check-in. After lunch, 2 pm approx. (depending on arrival time), we will move to the old town, where we will visit the Madrid of the Austrias: Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Plaza de Isabel II, Plaza de Oriente, San Miguel Market, Arco de Cuchilleros, Madrid’s main street, the Royal Palace, the Royal theater, among others.
After breakfast at the hotel we will go to the Puerta de Alcalá. We will walk through the Puerta de Alcalá and visit the Retiro park, and the Atocha station to finish our morning at the Reina Sofía Museum. Here we will have a free time for lunch and for those who wish to visit the Museum.
After lunch we will continue our journey to the Caixa Forum Madrid, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum to finish at the Prado Museum.
This day our tour will be by private transport. We will go to the periphery of the city where we will visit several neighbourhoods of social interest such as the PAU of Carabanchel, then we will go to Vallecas to finish in San Chinarro. During this tour we can see projects of recognized architects and interesting social housing buildings.
After breakfast and check-out at the hotel, we will go to the Torres Business Area Center, where we can see up close, the Foster Tower, the PwC Tower, the Crystal Tower and the Space Tower, the 4 Towers that mark The skyline of the Spanish capital. We will also see the Caja Madrid Tower of Norman Foster and the Sacyr Tower.
Afternoon free for lunch and return to city of origin according to schedule of return.
The air transfers from and to the city of origin, as well as any extension of the itinerary or additional service may be contracted upon presentation and approval of the corresponding budget.
